Never said it wasn't sealing jutsu. I was talking about the website which you said it uses VIZ and its not. Regarding whether its sealing jutsu or not, it didn't seal the juubi, so its debatable.

For the record, it never stated it couldnt absorb sealing jutsu chakra. The kisame scan is invalid since The 8tails later states "he's Taken almost all of my chakra too"

. And Petra and samahadra ar not the same in terms of how they do things when getting rid of ninjutsu. Sama' Eats and has a limit, Petra absorbs indefinitely no matter the amount. So it isnt 100%, more like a educated theory.

Well giving the two points I already shown concerning Naruto and Bee, the claim aren't able to be absorbed Seals leans towards it to be true then not. So basically there needs to be proof that Petra can absorb Fuijutsu.

Are you not reading the scans I already post? It was blocking and limited the Juubi's power until it had a host. Becoming its host makes you stronger. Tombirama already comment explaining the situation and Harashima admitting inferiority.
