No. Tsunade's ability is unique. There is no relation between them. Hashirama had the mokuton and regeneration, Tobirama had the Suiton and S/ T. Tsunade has her monstrous strength and regeneration.

Yeah this^, it would make sense for Hashi to have powerful physical strength if he can break Edo Tensei with just his strength, he probably can use his chakra for monstrous strength like Tsunade.
