We all remember when tobirama said that orochimaru almost brought them back with full power, now imagine if they did have there full power . What is this power? And just how strong is it if with the power thry have now they could restrain the juubi and also put up a decent fight against juubi jin obito.. Your thoughts?

Hashirama and Tobirama revived with complete power, and ability to use all their techniques could've ended this war with the alliances and etc of course.

Well we pretty much have seen all of Hashirama's power in the flashback with Madara. But then again, he whipped out a gate of great god technique to tame obito, so idk if he has more cards up his sleeve. As far as Tobirama he may have more tricks as well..

Almost at their full power could mean 51% as well, since its more than half. Where did you get the 90% from?
