Madara already has knowledge of Hashirama's arsenal and is able to produce exact replica's of his jutsu. Tobirama would just be caught in the crossfire somewhere. Madara inevitably seals both with Ningendō​

Really? I didn't know madara could replicate his seal-less healing, SM, Shinshuusenju. AKA the most OP things in his arsenal.
