narutos clones merely replicate the shroud. they cannot use the kurama avatar as they dont have the feats. madaras clones cant use PS as their feats dont support it.

the method of implantation for madara is different. he has a graft of hashiramas face on his chest. yamato has hashiramas cells spread throughout his body. the power of madaras mokuton jutsus are the same as base hashiramas mokuton.
hashiramas dna is on one specific area of madaras body. his entire body isnt made up of hashiramas cells.
