Hashirama and Mokuton [Theory]

This might be shocking but what if Mokuton was originaly a power obtained within the Senju clan in a manner similar to how Ethernal Mangekyou Sharingan is obtained by Uchihas ?
In order to awaken EMS one needs to take the Sharingan eyes of a sibling or close person and fuse or replace them/not sure about this part.

So what if Kishi comes out with an asspull explanation why only Hashirama has Mokuton and the rest of the Senju clan doesent like how Madara is the only one with EMS in Uchiha clan(since the two are paralleld offcourse)?

My guess on Kishi's explanation:

The Senju have a weird ability/plot hax that allows them to fuse similar life energies together and gain a new stronger chakra type. Hashirama might have being aided by Tobirama in this case to make a parallel with Izuna helping Madara to achieve EMS.
What Tobirama did is to transfer some of his own strong life force energy/Yang into Hashirama which gave him not only a second chakra affinity(water) but allowed him to fuse his own earth element with it creating Mokuton. This would explain why Hashirama's chakra is so abnormally high compared to other people even the Bijuu.
I always wondered why Uchihas were portrayed as a clan that acquired higher powers through unnatural means while their counterparts the Senju don't ?

Thing is, Hashirama was capable of using a lot of chakra natures. He wrote that scroll of 1000 kinjutsus himself meaning anything under that scroll he could use (most likely chakra nature jutsus included).

The Mokuton is a kekkei genkai which means it's a unique trait to that specific person or clan (like the sharingan with the uchiha's and how it's a special chakra in the brain that's released into the optical nerve after a traumatic experience).

So he probably did have to awaken it, but I think it's always been there for him. You also need to know that it's also a genetic trait (you'll see it when everyone who had Hashirama's DNA also used mokuton or some aspect of it). There are a lot of traits you have specifically for you that could be passed down from an ancestor who existed 200 years ago. Maybe the youngest son of the SO6p used mokuton? Could be a possibility? I mean the origins of chakra came from a tree, the sage could have split the physical energy and spiritual energy based on the nature of the tree. Then a specific trait from the ancestors would have been passed on to their descendants, Madara with his Mangekyo Sharingan and Hashirama with Mokuton (I say Mangekyo because the Rinnegan is the result of infusing both clan's chakra).
