If it's strictly cqc the 4 man team wins scenario one low diff. KCSM Naruto would blitz tf out of base Hashirama and then they jump Madara.

Scenario 2: I don't really know how good Hashirama's cqc is in sm but team should still win. I'm assuming Ems Madara is slightly better than Sasuke in cqc but they both have fluid movements because of their straight commas and Itachi was doing just fine against KCM Naruto in cqc so Madara gets overwhelmed.

KCSM Naruto is faster than Hashi and with 6 gate Lee they should be able to overwhelm Hashirama.
