Hashirama and Madara never should've been created.

In my honest opinion i believe these 2 characters never should have been created. If they hadn't the manga would have a better flow.

- Inconsistency in the characters
- Nerfing down characters
- inconsistency in the story-line.

Hashirama and Madara, are two of the most well written characters in the series, I don't understand what you're trying to get at. Removing them from the story still makes the story inconstant. Its Kishimoto's writing you should blame if you feel that way.

Ah, that's what you mean. I somewhat agree because I didn't really like the fact that they, legends of old, were resurrected and became significant in the present (I'm okay with this now, I mean it never bothered me that much), but if they remained just that, legends, I think it would have been fine. I mean, Hashi as o his Part I appearance/hype and Madara as the name Obito used to strike fear into people.

I wish they weren't brought back to life. It just got a little weird. I liked them as the founders and their connection with Naruto and Sasuke, but other then that I'm not a fan of theirs.

Well I already kind of Knew Hashirama would end up being the strongest Hokage and whatever (the statues pretty much said that aloud clearly). My problem comes with them not be consistent with the parallel. And of course them making the appearnce in the war and then being nerf down.

What they should've done is that not make Indra and Ashura exactly like Sasuke and Naruto..
