Hashirama and madara fight

I know this is a stupid question but I wish to ask it so I shall. If Hashirama goes onto the battlefield would madara be able to control himself and not fight Hashirama considering the rest of the shinobi alliance is still trying to beat him, obito and the juubi. And if he can't then how would hashirama react?? would he fight him one on one or with the shinobi alliance??

i guess the 10 tails fight the allianace or everybody will let them fight alone since that is which is the obvious thing to do

well hashirama might be the only person who can beat madara and he should know that so he would try to fight him 1v1
even madara would want to fight him 1v1 to get rid of him as fast as he can so he doesnt screw up his plans
