When kushina was telling naruto how obito stole the nine tails, in one part hiruzen´s wife mentions that when the wife of hashirama gave birth to her son the seal of the nine tail almost disapears and the nine tails almost escapes so that means hashirama had a son. Maybe he died very young or in birthlabor but it seems a little incredible to me that we havent heard anything about hashirama´s son
