Naruto wins, his speed is enough to win if he can deflect Tailed Beast Bomb with speed then he can scatter wood, meteors will be TBB'd away, Susanoo too, and Shinra Tensei and Bansho Ten'n will be resisted and turned back at Hashidara by rooting tails in the ground like Six Tailed Naruto did, then he can just use speed to attack and gouge his eyes out then restrain him with chakra arms or maybe turn him a tree the way he did Zetsu clones.

Hashirama win ,if Naruto use BM or KM ,Hashirama can still control his chakra .Naruto will be forced to use SM but it's not enough against the experience and the most power Hokage who defeated Madara easily.
