how are you not fighting for real just because he doesnt want to kill him? hes certainly wanting to either kill or control kurama. kisame was fighting for real despite being under orders to not kill bee. kabuto was fighting for real but not trying to kill tsunade etc. stop bringing this up as an excuse. he was going at 90% power at least
