either EMS madara is really underrated or hashi is being overrated because most assume hashi stomped. Clearly this fight was extreme diff for Both. that being said I feel EMS madara doesn't quite get the god status he deserves on this base that hashi frequently gets. hell people even think naruto beats him. Would naruto push hashi to this kind of limit? Id say not

Kurama did alot of the damage to tell the truth. Hashi probably would have tanked the susanoo without Kurama being the core for it. If he had something against Madara like Shikamaru did against Hidan.. Yeah he would be wrecking him.

Naruto used shadow clones to beat pain..... . He used Shadow clones to beat Gaara..... He used a shadow clone to beat Edo 3rd Raikage...

Wood clone is part of his power, not his fault, Madara got tricked by a clone. Madara fanboy mad? Hell even Madara was shocked at how Hashirama was able to get behind him.

What Other then Buddha tanks PS? The same thing that was tanking it in their recent fight.... The Wood/Human dragon. lmao. You would need 2 perfect Susanoos for Hashirama to use the buddha.

The difference between their levels is the difference of a whole tailed beast. Not to mention Hashirama didn't want to kill Madara until the very end. If you notice, the entire fight, he had only been countering Madara.

I think the kyuubi's played a big factor against destroying most of the buddah's arms in terms of fire power.

Defense wise the results would be the same because the kyuubi's was unharmed<-----meaning the attacks did not reach him, all though half was not destroyed.

Beside that kurama played a part as madara's powers. If you disagree then answer this:

Nagato's animal path summoning aided him in all his fights including Gedo

Itachi's crow techniques that allow him to fly and use long range genjustu is also being aided

Sasuke's hawk is the same concept of being helped

Naruto gets help from the kyuubi's too

madara could only stalemate with the shinsusenju because of the tbb barrage by the kyuubi which destroyed a large portion of buddha's hands

Anyways, mokuton bunshins are fodder to madara, if his sharingan is active then those things get solod easily (while madara is sitting down, if fact).

Anyways as I said, OOC madara would end hashi as soon as the match starts. But IC madara's fighting style leaves much to be desired.
