The last manga Madara puts up the ultimatum for him to kill himself or his brother, this can't happen there is a 30 year gap between the main fight of madara and hashi at the valley of the end and his assumed death.
Since it was started the main fight was 80 years ago and they ve shown the first hokage holdin approx 5 year old tsunade (older enough to get the concept of gambling)

Since tsunade Is 51 at her introduction to the series, so hashi must ve being hokage minimum 30 years before his death
