By 'lives longer' I do mean: wouldn't he...

And again: let's say 'theoretically' if he were to be I. Hiding from Madara in place of him (let's say in an alternate timeline for the same of argument).

Thinking it could go either way, but since It'd be harder for Hashi get away with one of Madara's eyeballs... Meaning no Rennigan, as it was much easier to get away with Hashi's blood than it would for thee alternative... (Assuming that plays a role in any of this)...

And since the eyes are needed too summon it IIRC, then in a sense - Madara with Rennigan > Hashi with Sharingan (not sure about Hashi with Rennigan on the there hand lol).

That's not even Madara with Hashi regen cells (via Hashi face on cheast, and it SM for that matter).

Seems legit? I see Madara out living Hashi in that sense, as Hashi doesn't have Gedo summoning ability
