Its gonna be Slug/ Snail we yet to see what Hashi summons but Slug is the last ofthe three, also the last 2 modes are based off of animals unless Kishi is starting to pull this stuff out his ass i dont think some dumb thing like Wood Sage is even possible sure he could have created it but agian like the last 2 Sage mode they were taught by Animals. Far as ik there is no talking tree in this damn manga.

I know it's obvious but there are people who still say he does not have it. I just posted this to simply clarify it.

Also it's not wooden sage mode...

There are only three types of sage mode and you can only learn them on three different areas. The last sage mode would be slug, which is what he most likely has.
