i still believe minato is strongest after hashi... we really havent seen much from him at all apart from rasengan and like 3 seals.... consdiering he is a master of seal's im sure he has a lot more jutsu in store and i dont think we have seen his full strength yet

I think you may be right but I am sure that with current development of plot Senjuu brothers will be the strongest Hokages, after them will be Minato and Hirzuen but where exactly they will be and how big gap could be between them, I don't have idea.

Oh, he failed? Remind who was Konoha's greatest asset during the third shinobi world war? Remind me who rescued Kushina from the invaders, who later went on to become the Jinchuriki of Kurama? Remind me who saved the Leaf? Remind me who gave Kurama to Naruto, which is the exact reason why he's so strong right now? And last of all, who's sperm created the child of prophecy? Umm the entire uchiha clan got massacred while hiruzen KNEW and did nothing(in the end). No evidence minato knew about rin's death and we all know why he could'nt save obito. He can't fight on the frontlines and protect his students all at once. In other words, you fail.

Just because Tobirama is a Senju doesn't mean he is in the number two spot...
