ok so the fire element is mostly used as an offensive element although it may also be used as a defensive manouver.By increasing the tempearature of their chakra, ninjas can create fire techniques that cause burning and explosive damage. it is narutally strong against wind since wind feeds fire making it stronget and is obviously weak against water wich extinguishes it.
