I can do 2 battles at the same timeur the only Rper I know who can't do two battles at the same time.
however I wanna pass this test a lot so I will focus on that

so as you bite your thumb and begin to summon Q (this doesn't break the timeframe rule since i allowed you to start your move and i am not completing my move until you finish your jutsu) i stomp on the ground and begin to focus fire chakra into the ground

Well as I finished summoning Q before your jutsu completes (as you said) since he is a hawk, and with his vision, notices you using your jutsu, and skyrockets into the air before I can start to summon, O. The lava erupts below where he once previously was.
and while he flies up, in the air at long-range.
I preform the handseals for him, and he uses,

You also have to blow fire into the tunnel. The jutsu doesn't start just because you stomp, but there's nothing wrong with him flying into the air because you stomp.. What ninja stomps on the ground just to stomp. You could e used an earth jutsu so either way there no reason to continue the argument. And please specify the bio you are using. I forgot which one took the spear.
yeah and what how long does it take for the jutsu to happen after that? 2-3 seconds tops
considering he wasn't previously flying he wouldn't be able to get out of the way in time
i know it says he can fly at swift speeds however have you ever seen a bird fly directly up before?
in order to get high they will leap off a high ledge and then once they've been flying the will go higher
it takes a LOT of time to start flying upwards from not flying at all
well yes but still to fly away because i stomped? it's not really the nature of an animal to do that O_O nor the nature of a boss summoning
