That's hilarious. For some reason Oda refuses to give a scenario where Zoro gets outclassed bad without having some badass one liner. I'd assume Oda is waiting for Wano to push Zoro. I guess his golden promise to Luffy is the reason why he won't be placed in scenarios where he won't get outclassed.

Can't really outclass someone he near Luffy's power. For the ones saying Doffy outclasses him.. no not really.
