EMS Madara has PS. EMS Sasuke has PS with enton in the mix
EDO and 1 eyed Madara are shit compared to current Sasuke, unless you think becoming the Juubi's Jin and absorbing the Shinju made him weaker. Those versions of Madara would simply die to a sword coming into their chest.
Current Madara had to run from Sasuke to get his other eye, and both Sasuke and Naruto will transcend him. People said he wouldn't transcend the Rinnegan Madara, Edo Madara, or even EMS Madara and now he shits on those versions. But oh well. Keep fighting the good fight.

Madara have been working so hard to obtain the power he has right now even at the end his life.. Sasuke on the other hand to desperate to obtain more power & he didn't awaken MS & Rinnegan by himself unlike Madara.. EMS can't be counted coz the nature to awakens it need sibling MS eye's (Madara/Izuna & Sasuke/Itachi)..

You can't include Sasuke's sage power up if you're excluding the Juubi in Madara when comparing both.It's unfair.
Compare them equally as when they had the same powers to truly know their who's stronger.

How can Sasuke not surpass him. Sasuke is currently between the ages of 15-17 and he has already showed this much potential in his fight against Madara. And lets look at Madara.... The guy has lived his full lifetime, had as much battle experience the any ninja could ever have, and now he has been resurrected in his prime. To be perfectly honest, if you compare the Madara who is between the age of 15-17 to the current Sasuke, I would say that Sasuke would destroy him, even without the Sages powers!
