Tell your mom how it is. The kid is just too different from you, and you can't get along. Hopefully your mom will take you seriously and if she's pushing a friendship, back off from it.
If that's a fail, tell him to back off. If he won't, kick the crap out of him and be willing to take the fallout.

Well that puts you in a bad position, because your mother is law, and she isn't believing you (I don't understand why not though if you have tangible proof). He does sound pretty bratty, and probably spoiled, but exacting revenge on him will hurt you more in the end. Have you tried talking to his mother? Or do you have a father around?

Yes it has and we use to go to the same school later on we became friends tho. His brother was a friend of a friend to my brother and one day they came over my house and he was there but we got along. I even threaten to beat him up for being so annoying but he just laughed this is when we weren't friends.

There was another kid in my neighborhood I had the same problem with. Try hanging out with him even tho he is annoying I did and we bee friends since middle school.

well i haven't told her mother because she will probably get mad and no i don't have a dad i live with my mom well thanks for your help im gonna try to ignore him
