No I don't think so for the simple fact that Madara Hashirama Sasuke & Naruto were/are the only1's to reach the power close enough to him..
He seem like he was tired of watching his sons migrate over an over & finally had the chance to stop it once his power was reach, or at lease a portion of it..

I think he might of just talked with some. He only gave Naruto and Sasuke power because of the Madara/Kaguya threat.
Incarnates are seemingly always close in power. BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke follow that pattern.

I think he said something about spectating their fights. I think Hago would only bestow his power to seal Kaguya. If one side won, then the brother' fued would end. Sasuke tried arguing this when he told Naruto to take his Rinnegan and give it to Kakashi

He uses the word "meet" that makes it clear there's been an interaction which is interesting. It also sounds like he's met at least several.

Yeah. Black zetsu said he was mixing reincarnates chakra together to awaken the rinnegan. Even though they didn't awaken the rinnegan, they may of summoned hagormoo with that chakra.
Nope. There's no indication of it and really no need.
He chose Ashura to be the leader of Ninshuu. Later his power 'bloomed', which made him an equal to Indra.
If he gave power to Ashura "his son", then that's the only one to receive it. There isn't any indication that he's given power to other Ashura incarnates besides Naruto.
Nope, what you have there 'is' fanfic. A monster hasn't been shown to give Naruto 'skill'.
The same can't be said about Sasuke and "Itachi's Eyes". :lol
