Has the dynamic between Naruto and Sasuke's growth changed?

Kishi has always said Sasuke&Naruto were meant to be a pair and if one gets stronger so will the other.However it's obvious Naruto has completely overshadowed Sasuke to the point where even Sasuke knows he can't catch up,even if he gets another powerup Sasuke unfortunately won't be able to be at the level Naruto is currently at.So did Kishi decide to throw out the character dynamic between the two and is possibly setting up a Vegeta/Goku scenario where Sasuke is the second strongest?

But usually Sasuke was smoetimes ahead of him.Hebi Sasuke was stronger than pre Sage Mode Naruto,Sage Mode Naruto was stronger than Pre MS Sasuke,MS Sasuke was stronger than Pre KCM Naruto,and presumably EMS Sasuke was stronger than KCM Naruto until Naruto gained BM.I don't see how Sasuke is going to catch up with BSM Naruto unless he receives some OP technique or powerup.

I thought they were going to be equals based on the parallels in their growth and the whole senju/uchiha thing and their symbolic fight at VotE standing on top of the statues of their ancestors. But this anime is called "Naruto" for a reason. Its like a Goku/Vegeta or Yugi/Kaiba situation. They are rivals, but one is clearly better than the better. I am still a Sasuke fan though, much like I am a fan of Vegeta and Kaiba. I don't get why people think you have to believe your favorite is the strongest all the time. You can like a character without them being the most powerful on the show.

Base/3T Sasuke* = Base Naruto < MS Sasuke = SM Naruto < EMS Sasuke <<< RM Naruto <<< BM Naruto <<< BSM Naruto

*This is the base/3T form of EMS Sasuke. Which is arguably faster & has higher stamina reserves than any previous Sasuke. Considering any previous form of Base/3T Sasuke, Base Naruto is superior.
