Itachi still trumps Sasuke in battle IQ. Sasuke is a highly intelligent adaptive learner but there were things he didn't learn until after it hurt him. I read the facts you posted and a lot of them were based on him learning through error not just analyzing on the spot.

Orochimaru incident wasn't a matter of Sasuke truly outsmarting him. Orochimaru just HEAVILY underestimated him. Not to take away from Sasuke's trap feat as it was perfect for a 12yr old

HOWEVER Itachi was an anbu captain at 13yrs old AND 16yr old Itachi 1 shot Orochimaru
