Nope, he lost to Itachi, Itachi dies after battle is over, and itachi wanted sasuke to win, yet he still couldnt, if itachi wanted he could have seal sasuke in totsuka instead of taking time to walk towards him.

On top of that everyone one who he has fought he has had a huge unfair advantage over.

Oro was literally sick and in bed when sasuke attacked him.

Danzo, was old, couldnt use best tech and sasuke had a skilled sensory time nin.

itachi was going to die anyway, yet beats him in primary battle, was nearly blind at the begging of the battle, and always had low stamina.

Diedara is his only true feat that I except, and even so diedara's strongest versus large targets and large amounts of enemies, going against a fast agile target is hard for him.

Sasuke admits that he would have already died twice, fighting be without karin.

I believe that the only one he actually kinda won was the one against Diedara. But other than that I men not really. Orochimaru was supa sick, so was Itachi but Itachi could have killed him. The 5 Kages where whooping that back to back if it wasnt for Zetsu with Mei, Garra with Raikage an Tobi with Onoki then he would have been dead Not to mention that when he fought bee, Bee was out numbered but was still winning. Also when he had his two on one with Kabuto Saskue would have gotten killed if that were a 1 on 1

Sasuke vs Killer Bee. That's classified as a 1 vs 1 fight. No one else got involved in that fight and thats how it ended. Sasuke's survival at this part was solely because of Suigetsu's interference, then the rest of Taka got involved.

All the kages would have pwned him if Gaara, Zetsu or Obito hadn't saved him. Gaara stops A killing sasuke, sasuke runs from gaara, zetsu stops mei from melting him and against onoki, he would have been obliterated without obito. Also, obito stopped danzo from stabbing his somehow.

I'm just going to go ahead and say it: Sasuke has no base skill! He got everything he has from Itachi. His base speed, his accuracy, all of his eye techs, hell even his eyes. All Itachi. There is only one original tech in in his arsenal, the lightning move Kirin. He really is the biggest fodder in the series. I know there is a lot of fanboy's who are going to flame for this, but I don't care. Naruto has been a lot stronger than Sasuke for a while now, ever since before Pein. Alright Sasuke fanboys, do your worst.....

Actually he beat diedara and it was a good fight. Itachi of course planned out everything so he gave in to Sasuke.
Also Danzo was spamming several Izanagi and still lost to Sasuke... So Sasuke only lost to Itachi.
