But sasuke didnt send her flying back. She came to a stop about 100ft away and was calmly talking to naruto when he blitzd her. Not to mention the position sasukes PS arm is doesnt point to him throwing a punch.

She didn't talk to Naruto. It was Kuro Zetsu. The style of the drawing(especially those 'white area' and thin lines which are outgoing from Kaguyas position imply a direct clash of Susanoo and Kaguya. Since Sasuke rushed at Kaguya-as the former scan shows it- it seems that he attacked her, sure.

In this context, yes Sasuke landed a blow on Kaguya.

Even your poor excuses that he just defended himself with Susanoo is absolutely redundant in this meaning, because he hit her and send her flying after all. That should fit the meaning behind 'landing a blow'.
