Sakura hasn't shown any feats to beat Tsunade. Tsunade has more xp and the better genes. Both of them have gone huge periods without any action. In every way :Sparks:

Tsunade hasn't ****ed up like Sakura has though. That's the difference. She's constantly shown to be decisive and utterly crucial in Sannin flashbacks.

Tsunade also showed a little initiative and creativity with her move set. Sakura just copied. Judging by that, Tsunade is more likely to progress and develop.

Tsunade was cut in half but still managed to survive, I dont think Sakura would be able to come back from that. And it was Tsunade who made the new arm for Naruto not Sakura. Tsunade was called a sanin aswell and became Hokage while Sakura is a jounin. Maybe if sakura learnt genjutsu like she supposedly has the skill for she could have surpassed Tsunade, but she hasnt made any new jutsus or gone further than her teacher so no she hasnt surpassed her.

She was stated to be the best medical ninja in the village.... but we all know at that time Tsunade left the village and the Hokage position so yes by default Sakura can't compete in medical skill relative to Tsunade and/or even Kabuto who knows more surgical techniques and operations and medical drug creation then Sakura ever would

Due to feats Tsunade is way better.

I don't really care if the last Sakura was said to have surpassed Tsunade or not. Tsunade is an incredible kunoichi, and with the literal sense, Sakura surpassing her is really ambiguous. I doubt there are areas she surpassed, one being if she is capable of surviving a bisection or not.


Strength wise it's obvious she probably has.

Yeah I see you, I think the only way Sakura surpassed her was skill with CES, which isn't very measurable, and Gaiden gave her speed feats slightly superior to Tsunade if you believe Shin is proficient with precog.
