Hes a fodder when you compare him to guys like Madara, but overall he was really strong in Naruto verse. He was able to wipe out whole Otogakure squad in seconds. Keep in mind that we are talking about over 10 of shinobis, and they had Jounin with them.

I don't remember seeing the entire thing in the manga. It cut off and went to Obito vs Naruto, Bee, Kakashi, and Gai. All Tsunade has shown is strength, and Iryo Ninjutsu. If Mei dodges that she has five elements to use. Doton, Suiton, Katon, Futton, and Yoton.

When was mei dodging anything she struggled against a Zetsu lol and was solo'd quick by a low level susano while tsunade took down like 5
