Has rasengan become weaker or what's happening

It seems anytime the rasengah is used against tobi,it always appears to be weaker.in minato's fight against tobi he took a rasengan to his hand only to injure dat hand.dis was d same jutsu used against sasuke (an incomplete rasengan) dat destroyed a water tank.rasengan was also used to kill d last pain.it was also used against kabuto which damaged him severly even with his medical ninjutsu.naruto hit Tobi wit with a rasengan on his arm and stil just a little injury.AND NOW TOBI TOOK A RASENGAN TO D FACE ONLY TO HAVE HIS MASK BROKEN.And no danger to his face was d mask so strong dat it cud tank a rasengan.ps can anyone shed more light on dis.

How do you think the readers would feel if Tobi died with just one rasengan from Naruto... Would not be very entertaining..

An explosion of konan's half body didn't put a scratch on his face under the mask.why do u think a simple rasengan would damage him?besides he even stated that his mask was specially made for war.

I think Tobi made him self more resistant toward rasengan after fighting Minato ... and it would be lame if Tobi was dead from one rasengan
