Has Orochimaru's control over Edo Tensei improved?

He said that when he absorbed his chakra/power back from Kabuto, he received all his intel aswell. Does this mean Oro can now summon Edo's with the same level of control Kabuto did?

If so, where would you lot put him in these so called "top ten lists" now that he has the mighty Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen and Minato!?

oros chakra is what allowed him to summon so many edo's
oros chakra was noted to be really strong
