Oro is one of the most powerfull shinobi.
He has faced opponents wich would have defeated almost any one but survived dangerous situations countless times that is one of his strenghts.

This just came to mind, I haven't seen Oro kill anyone important throughout the series. I don't count Hiruzen because he chose to use the reaper death seal out of his own will. He pushed four tails Naruto to a challenge which is pretty resectable but Has he won a battle through the series?

Even if Hiruzen didn't use The Reaper Death Seal he will still Die From the Kusnagi Sword that he got stabbed by it
