After killing Naruto's parents
Hundreds of other people in Konoha
Neji
Thousands of other people in alliance
Reviving the Juubi which let to Kaguya's revival afterwards

Redeeming qualities:
Saved Sasuke
Gave Kakashi the power needed to stop Kaguya

Would you forgive a mass murder like Obito?

Obito was far beyond redemption what he did in the end was the result of the good still left in him, nothing more, nothing less. He is clearly the perfect example of a tragic character that suffered from PTSD but Doctor Naruto Uzumaki, specialist in Therapy No Jutsu, gave him a last few moments of clarity.

He did what he did to atone for his sins, it was a personal thing. He didn't redeem his name...once you murder people, that's it.

But it is an anime, and those ethics probably don't apply there.

But who's to tell they are in the after life? And Rin never loved Obito, she's been friendzoning him since forever. If anything Obito ended in the enternal friendzone which is worse than hell.
We already seen them holding hands running away in happiness in the after life. That should tell you he is in a better place. His crimes don’t mean shit to how Kishi portrayed his ending.

You can never make up for killing thousands of people but this is fiction so I’d say he did as much as he could to make up for what he did.
