Has Naruto truly surpassed Minato?

What's a matter with you people? Naruto surpassed Minato a long time ago, the guy can't even hurt him at this point, lol Rasengan. Denied.

Naruto may have surpassed Minato in terms of power but not skill and Minato is not weak he can beat 99.9% of all shinobi.A straight on battle with every one of the strongest shinobi in current naruto world could go either way .That's my opinion only...

Naruto is probably no doubt stronger than his parents, but I believe they learned some techniques Naruto should've/could've learned. Mainly the sealing that his mom had or Minato's time/space techniques. But considering that Naruto is 16, he diffinitely surpasses his parents. All in under the course of a year, Naruto has grown so much.
