Dodged yondaime Raikage with footspeed but also if you go to that page, you'd note that the gap between Ai and naruto when he reacted to him was slightly greater than the gap between minato and Ai.

Naruto surpassed his old man with SM, and went above him with km.
However thing people have to be aware of is that even though somebody has surpassed another doesn't mean that overall they will be better than them in everything. Kushina and minato will always be above naruto when it comes to fuinjutsu and minato will always be above naruto when it comes to skill. Similar its possible that jiraiya will always be above naruto when it comes to frog based ninjutsu because he was particularly skilled in this area and in fact majority of his techniques are linked with the frogs one way or another

Same thing can be said about the sasuke/itachi scenario. Sasuke has surpassed him, but there will always be things that itachi will be above him in. Tsukuyomi and genjutsu in general. Insight ability and ninjutsu unpredictability and execution.

If you look at the bigger picture instead of trying to grasp at straws naruto like sasuke has surpassed their mediums and infact i believe naruto rivals his true benchmark in hashirama, Sasuke on the other hand, we have yet to see, but it will not be long

Minato has been surpassed by quite a few people now, mostly the main characters, such as Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Obito (To some extent. He did lose to him in the Kyuubi attack after all), and maybe a few others...

you forgot kurama is talking about chakra dispersion as to how minato did it to naruto, naruto surpassed minato in that field but not total skill and intelligence. Naruto still got ways to go

has naruto surpassed minato in evertyihg? definitely not, his intelligence,shinobi sense and fuinjutsu/barrier techniques are still not up to minato's great standards. however he's surpassed him in speed, strength and power.

If you want to go with raw power and who can win in a fight, Naruto takes this. If you want to go for all aspects of being a ninja e.g. intelligence, strategy, creation of ground breaking jutsu and stealth, then of course Naruto still hasn't surpassed him in all aspects.

I've always said though that with the help of a being like Kurama who has tons of experience, Naruto can potentially become very formidable in the strategy department. All he needs to do is ask Kurama for help during battle.
