Then you have the summoning, both use frog summoning, so I doubts the frogs would be okay with fighting against eachother, so Imma throw that out. FTG VS Naruto's speed and sensing ability, While Naruto has sheer speed on his side, Minato is able to teleport instantly. However, with Bijuu Sage Mode, Naruto can sense Minato wherever Minato may teleport to, and even if he cant react, Kurama's chakra can attack and cover Naruto's blind spots. It has been shown that even though FTG is instant, it can be countered if skilled and quick enough as shown by Madara and Killerbee. Naruto has outclassed Minato in Rasengan and Senjutsu. As for chakra control, Naruto has surpassed Minato in that field as well. In terms of taijutsu, in sage mode, naruto can use his reflexes and frog kata to easily overwhelm Minato. The there is Bijuu Mode. Naruto's BM alone is enough to overwhelm Minato. With his chakra, Naruto can create amny clones of himself in Kyuubi Mode and just run amok. Naruto has surpassed Minato.
