As you said, nothing is faster than teleportation, but when you consider that FTG requires earlier setup (which also takes time), than Naruto is faster. For example, if Naruto and Minato were about to race, Minato would have to throw his kunai seal, wait for it to arrive to right place and then teleport. In that time Naruto would be already waiting for him at finish line. Minato can only teleport to his seals, Naruto can dash to any place he wants to. So overall Narutos speed is better than Minatos FTG.

in raw speed naruto on chakra mode is comparable to is father.has bough have surpassed A's speed,him not being slow at all.when naruto gained the new chakra mode he was able to fend of multiple tailed beast balls and arrive near kakashi in a blink,with no teleportation...
so yes naruto has surpassed his father...
and also remember minato teleports naruto does not

I'm not sure if Naruto has or hasn't yet, however it's safe to assume within 10 years (provided Naruto lives that long) Naruto will be able to shit on his father, as Naruto is pretty damn close now and he's only 16...I feel Minato was less then where Naruto's at now at the age of 16.
