Sasuke can master all 5 elements, all the rinnegan techs and enton. and with the use of susanoo all of those will be exponentially amplified

as for naruto, all the tailed beasts will eventually reside in his body, boosting his chakra reserves even more. his rsm grants him the ability to grasp the nature of chakra so maybe he can invent some even more powerful jutsus.
