Something you guys keep forgetting minato is that skilled because of the time they where in war going on and need to be stronge to survive most of minato generation because of that but naruto's generation did not have that to worry about but still they became strong none the less to hold there own on the battlefeild. So add that in when comparing skills and who is stronger

Justus naruto has a edge but minato has s/t barrier

Power is in naruto fav because if bsm
