Why would he if Sasuke still does have his? It was stated in the last chapter by the Sage of Six Paths that Naruto has a part of all Tailed Beasts inside him. That means he still has his powers. He wouldn't last long against Sasuke without them.

Nah. Hagoromo pretty much confirmed that Naruto had he chakra of the Bijuus inside him. He also mentioned that both Naruto and Sasuke both still have their seals.
