Has Naruto Grown Too Strong?

In the old episodes of Naruto we see him as a young boy, with an incredible amount of chakra, but a lack of control, and how he couldn't concentrate very well.

Growing up he became stronger and had more will and wised up alittle.
But overall this.. its just, like all the other characters are dust now.
Its like when I used to watch Dragonball, watching all the characters develop, then switching to Dragonball Z to see that mostly only 1 character is way too strong. I'm not saying I don't like this, I do like his Bijuu mode.
But controlling the Nine Tails just left me, I prefered it when he was Sage Mode.
But in all honesty I don't want to see him ending up like this

Yeah thats true, but they are mostly the villians of the series, like Kabuto using Edo Tensei etc or Tobi. I'm just thinking Naruto started off incredibly bad, got good and nice, and is now way stronger than anybody else at his age etc, well like in the village, like Neji or Hinata or Sakura.

Yeah sage mode made him the strongest in the village, and one of the strongests in the Narutoworld, and he still got more powerup, so now he is in top5.

FACEPALM! Did you read what OP said? He didn't say Naruto characters are as strong as DBZ characters he said it is like what happened in DBZ Goku left the other characters we had seen developing over the series in the dust

Heres the thing. This is what I really want
For other characters to atleast develop around his strength level.
To see Naruto become strongest in the Village.
Then to see him become even stronger after that while other characters are just stuck at one strength level.

Though I think he needed powerup to defeat sasuke, because Naruto said to his friends when they asked why didnt he defeat him when they fought after Danzo's death, that he couldnt have defeated Sasuke . So I think Kishi wants to powerup Sasuke to Madara's level and Naruto to Hashi's, and Hashi's power was like a fairy tail.Then Naruto said that he wants to surpass all previous hokages so he will be at so6p level maybe.
