He would've during that rooftop fight if kakashi hadn't broke them up. Idk who would win currently though Cause I rewatched the Itachi vs Sasuke battle and Itachi said sometimes when an Uchiha awakens EMS they get a whole new jutsu so idk what Sasuke has up his sleeve. I know Kishi is going to give him a a huge power up sooner or later yes Naruto is the main character but Sasuke is Kishi's favorite character.

Indirectly yes many times, for example the time when sasuke was beaten to a pulp by gaara, then naruto coming to the rescue "suggesting he beat the guy sasuke couldnt, and if they fight now - naruto will win imo.
