Not sure if it does since BZ was sealed along with Kaguya and BZ isn't human at all. Plus, he's killed White Zetsus before too. So you gotta either count them both or neither.

And I'm going with neither. Yuuta was Naruto's only kill though unintentional.

Not true! Nagato used dead bodies for his paths... so i guess that jutsu with 30% chakra transfer was also used on dead body.
