I believe he already noticed him, but he's interested only in Hashirama and doesn't care at all for the others. As for the Sasuke defeating Madara high diff, I don't see it happening, maybe if Sasuke unlocks PS he'll have some sort of chance, but without it, Madara will pulverize him.
