Has kishi forgotten what sharingan can do?

After MS, has anyone noticed that what it's normally able to do has been completely forgotten?
I.E, seeing through chakra, predicting things, ability to copy moves
After MS, all of this has been blown away. It's a great factor, but why dosen't Kishi care anymore?

I wondered that myself, it may just be the only people we see using these techniques (Sasuke, Madara, Obito) are always on the defensive and don't need to dodge (especially Madara, who is immortal, and Obito, who just becomes intangible).

Because the ones who used sharingan for the respective purposes are gone and now the only Uchihas left, use it for spamming rights.

i miss the old sharingan abilities.... i think they are very useful in battle

well for one, whe have seen that as the opponents become stronger, the ability to predict movements is not very important
as see when sasuke fought bee
A's immense speed
etc....It's easiert to predict when the opponents is predictable, which most high level ninja arent, so i dont think he has forgotten, I just dont think its useful, up until the ems sasuke always started battles with the regular sharingan.
