Has Kishi been nerfing Tobi and Madara?

Tobi doesn't have much chakra compared to Naruto and Kirabi so he's holding off on using everything. Madara is a pretentious douche so he's just ignorant.

Compared to Naruto he might not have too much chakra, but he's still a chakra powerhouse..

He's taken control of Kurama, summoned Kurama into Konoha, used a perfect Izanagi, controlled a perfect Jinchuuriki for years, and he's simultaneously controlled 6 Bijuus and Gedo Mazo.

Well, only time will tell at this point. They'd still be two of the strongest characters in the series, but it would mean alot of people have been overestimating their power.

Agreed. Now that Madara's decided not to use Perfect Susanoo against the Kages, he'll have to do something impressive if he decides to stick around. As for Tobi, I don't think we'll be seeing any Rinnegan techs soon anyway since the Juubi's about to come out.

He didn't do all of that simultaneously. Kakashi noted that the six paths took a lot of chakra to control on themselves and that he was controlling six bijuus and the gedo mazo simultaneously and couldn't allow foe six paths. Meaning in essence, six paths take a lot of chakra to use. That's why he's not using them.

Yeah, I know. I'm just pointing out that he does have a good deal of chakra to be able to do those things.

I would also like to know to what degree of Rinnegan mastery someone can achieve with just one Rinnegan eye implanted. Can't unlock Susanoo et al with just one Sharingan eye. So could there be restrictions to what Tobi can actually do with regard to Rinnegan abilities? Or as you've said, maybe it's just a chakra problem. Who knows?

That's a possibility. Or the Rinnegan can be more like a 3-tomoe in which having one eye or two makes no difference (I believe). Maybe the differentiation is specific to the MS/EMS, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. But I don't think Tobi would have looked over something like this.

Gedo Mazo got horribly nerfed. The fact Suigetsu could keep up with Hachibi but Gedo Mazo can't seems TOTALLY OUT OF THE LINE.

Tobi has been nerfed since always. If he was realistic, he would suck up Naruto at his sleep, put him into a Genjutsu and take the Kyuubi.

We all knew that about Perfect Susanoo. Obviously a bit of it's "EPIC ULTRA SUPER SAIYAN AWESOMENESS 9000 Bankai Kyouka Suigetsu" power has been shown only to promote Sasuke's future powerup and that he will finally achieve Perfect Susanoo.

i think hes right and we dont overestimate him, remember madara should still normally have amaterasu, maybe tsukuyomi and he definitly should have that "third" power ems offers you, then he has the rinnegan which makes him op as ****, if pain could clean konoha with his shinra tensei what would madara do with his? clean the whole world? and i wont be surprised if madaras chibaku tensei could create a second moon either with his infinite chakra... that + izanagi + wood release.
