Has Killer Bee released his Seal?

So the point of this thread is to ask if people think Killer Bee has actually released Hachibi's Seal. He mentions to Naruto or rather asks Naruto what kind of Seal he has that holds his Beast in. He doesn't ever mention that he's broken his seal though.

This is before we find out that being sealed actually restricts the amount of chakra a Biju can give their host. Additionally,a Jinchuuriki can still attain all Biju Mode transformation without releasing the seal,as we see many times. Also in this we see Kurama say that the chakra melding is limited with the seal.

So,has Bee released that Iron Seal or not? That's what I'm wandering and if he hasn't he will get even stronger once he does. I always found that he wasn't that strong for a Jinchuuriki compared to Naruto and wandered if that's why.

I guess I'm wandering if he might have Re-Sealed the Hachibi like Naruto did with Kyuubi. ​

wasnt that strong as a jinchuriki? bee? the mans a beast... he's stronger than the raikage, fast as all hell, has one of the most unpredictable fighting styles, and has full control of his bijuu... i believe him to be a better fighter than naruto, and stronger in every field except chakra wise

If he was then why didn't he show the same speed as Naruto BM and hit those 5 Biju-Dama's?

He's not on Naruto's level and he's got the full transformation down.

8 Tails doesn't equal the Full Beast.
And there's no way to use the Full Beast without releasing the seal.
It's the most logical answer.
Do I have proof? Not exactly.
I can only provide the most Logical Answer using Manga Facts.

2 different seals. Besides i dont even think bee have his beast sealed up, like a prison

Best I can think of is that when Bee attained control over Hachibi's chakra,he didn't need to re-seal him like Naruto did against Kurama.

Naruto couldn't fully attain Full Jinchuriki without releasing the seal and molding the Chakra.
No tradeoffs etc.

Same thing would apply to Bee even though the seal is different.

Naruto couldnt transform into Full BM cause Kurama didn't cooperate...nothing to do with the seal.
