Has Jiraiya the same ability as Kisame?

If Jiraiya active SM he transforms to toad a little bit and has toad's abilities.
Toads are amphibians so they can breathe under water.

Do you think Jiraiya has the same ability when he active SM and breathe under water alike Kisame?

I don't think so. he didn't have any gills to breathe under water. That would also be messed up since in perfect sage mode you wouldn't get it.

I doubt it tbh. Jiraya didn't fully transform into a toad therefore he didn't have 100% toad like features. He was still mostly human
