Has it already been discussed that Oro inside Sasuke = Rennigan?

And assuming Sasuke allows Oro too take control over him... (maybe Oro will OP him this time assuming he has Genjutsu to counter Sasukes this time XD).

Misconception, Orochimaru doesnt have Senju DNA but it is the body he is currently in that has the Senju DNA, he leaves that body for Sasuke's and he no longer has Senju DNA.

Its like this, If your driving a Toyota, and you jump out and start driving a Honda... Are you now driving a Honda and a Toyota?

Tho it could be argued that Oro's DNA dost not meld perma when it touches something... And if that is the case - anything he touches becomes part of him - like how a virus/cold gets stronger with each new antibiotic...?

It is sooo longg to activate Rinnegan. Madara used Senju dna for long time like 50 years to activate it.
