Has Hinata saved Naruto twice?

Naruto had other options at the time despite his chakra being low against Pain. Pain talks a lot so it gives him the time to regain chakra and simply to get the rods off his back he could summon Gamakchi and let him break it for him or simply use a Substitution jutsu to get out of there. No one else in the village was dumb enough to commit suicide even when Naruto ws down. It was the right choice, eventually he could've broken those rods himself.

I'm also thinking the same. It shouldn't always be a successful saved from start to end but to protect someone(Naruto) from a danger making one self as a distraction/make a time for the victim(Naruto) to recovery back can be called as saving.

But for a while only before the attacker gave a lesson of live to the engaging person(Hinata)

she didn't actually save him, she just showed him kindness.

Does anyone have the scans for the two times he got saved by Hinata because this was before the War Arc where Hinata saved Naruto from Obito's TNJ to the dark side?

Yes she did save him twice maybe not physically

One was before his fight with Neji. She cheered him up when he was feeling low.
